Refunds:

Due to the personalized and experiential nature of our services, refunds are not offered once payment has been accepted.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

For tarot readings, guidance sessions, and workshops, cancellations are not eligible for a refund once payment has been accepted.

If you need to make changes to a scheduled guidance session or workshop, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with sufficient notice may be accommodated based on availability.

Requests to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a new appointment time or transfer.

You may cancel a request prior to submitting payment without penalty.

Late Arrival and Missed Session Policy:

For scheduled guidance sessions and workshops, participants are expected to arrive or join at the scheduled start time.

A grace period of up to 15 minutes may be provided for unexpected delays. If you arrive within this timeframe, your session or participation may continue; however, the scheduled end time will remain unchanged.

If you do not arrive within the 15-minute grace period or do not attend your scheduled session or workshop, the booking will be considered forfeited. No refund will be issued, and rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Participants may choose to book a new session or workshop opportunity at a later date, subject to availability and applicable fees.

We encourage you to review your schedule carefully and arrive prepared so you can fully engage with your experience. Thank you for honoring your time, the time of others, and the intention behind this work.

1. Service Overview

Tarot readings are offered as personalized video email experiences designed to provide intuitive insight, reflection, and guidance around the questions or themes you are exploring.

During your reading, India Wiktoria uses tarot and/or oracle cards along with her intuitive abilities to provide a thoughtful interpretation tailored to your inquiry. These readings are intended to support personal reflection, clarity, and self-exploration.

Please note that tarot readings are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed advice.

2. Booking and Payment

Full payment of $55.55 is required at the time of booking.

Your tarot reading request is confirmed once payment has been received and accepted. Please provide accurate contact information and your question or area of focus so your reading can be prepared and delivered appropriately.

All payments are non-refundable once processed.

3. Reading Delivery

Your video email tarot reading will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days after payment has been received.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on inquiry volume, but every reading will be created with care and intention.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of intuitive readings, all purchases are final once payment has been processed.

If you need to update your inquiry before your reading has been completed, please contact India via email as soon as possible. Requests cannot be guaranteed once the reading process has begun.

5. Confidentiality

Any personal information, questions, or details shared as part of your tarot reading request will be treated with respect and kept confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties except when required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

2. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Sessions are confirmed only once payment is received and accepted.
• Payment must be submitted within 24 hours of the requested time and date. Once payment is received, India will provide a Zoom link and an official confirmation of your appointment within 24hrs.
• Please note if India Wiktoria does not receive payment from you within 24hrs of confirming a date and time and a zoom link has not been sent, then you are choosing to forgo the agreed upon date and time and may have to reschedule due to changing availability. 
• Please provide accurate contact information to receive session details and confirmations.
• Sessions are non-refundable once payment is processed.

3. Session Delivery and Late Arrival Policy

• Sessions will be conducted through Zoom at the agreed-upon date and time.
• Please be punctual and ready to begin at the scheduled time to receive your full session.
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the session will be considered missed, and no refund or reschedule will be provided.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation

• You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email to reschedule or cancel a session. You may reschedule a session if 24hr prior notice is provided, however, canceled sessions will not be refunded once payment has been accepted. 
• Sessions canceled or missed within less than 24 hours’ notice will not be available to be rescheduled and you will have to go through rebooking the session. 
• No-shows are considered missed sessions with no refund.

5. Confidentiality
All information shared during the session will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability
India Wiktoria provides intuitive guidance based on her skills and experience but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
You accept full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the guidance received.

1. Workshop Overview

Our workshops are experiential spaces designed to support self-reflection, creativity, personal growth, intuitive exploration, and connection with oneself, others, and the natural world. Workshops may incorporate elements of mindfulness, creative expression, nature-based practices, symbolism, reflection, and intuitive exploration.

These workshops are intended for personal exploration and growth and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other licensed services. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support when needed.

2. Registration Confirmation

All workshop registrations require confirmation. Please allow up to 72 hours to receive confirmation of your registration. If you do not receive confirmation within this timeframe, your workshop participation has not yet been scheduled.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your space in the workshop. Once payment is received, your registration is confirmed. Please note that all payments are non-refundable once processed unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or request a transfer to another workshop opportunity, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled workshop.

Cancellations or missed workshops with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, and alternative arrangements may not be available.

We are not responsible or liable for any outcomes, personal decisions, injuries, or experiences that may arise from participation in a workshop.

6. Changes, Postponements, or Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, scheduling needs, or circumstances outside of our control.

In the event of a workshop change or cancellation, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative arrangements or a refund where applicable.

7. Participant Conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants. Participants are expected to engage with kindness, respect, and consideration toward themselves and others.

Disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
