Thank you for choosing our intuitive guidance services. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and secure environment to support your personal growth and self-discovery. Please read these Terms and Conditions, especially our Cancellation and Refund Policy, to ensure a clear understanding of our services and practices.

We prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. By booking a session, you consent to the collection, use, and protection of your data as outlined below:

1. Information We Collect:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, and other necessary details to facilitate your session.
• Session Information: Insights and guidance from your session that will be summarized and sent to you.

2. Use of Information:

• Providing Services: Information is used to conduct your sessions and generate a written summary.
• Communication: We may contact you for scheduling updates or service-related matters.

3. Safeguarding Your Information:

• Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all collected information.
• Security: We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

4. Your Rights:

• Access and Correction: You may update your personal information at any time.
• Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual obligations.

• Nature of Services: Our sessions are for personal growth and self-reflection. They are not a substitute for professional therapy, medical, or psychological care.
• Mental Health Support: If experiencing mental health issues, please seek professional care. Our services are not designed to replace medical treatment.
• Limitation of Liability: You assume full responsibility for actions taken based on the insights provided. Our services are intended for personal exploration and entertainment purposes only.

• Content Ownership: All content (e.g., videos, written materials) is the sole property of India Wiktoria Pado. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of content is prohibited.
• Usage Restrictions: Content is for personal use only; sharing, distribution, or creating derivative works is prohibited.
• Confidentiality: Personal information shared during your session is kept confidential, except where required by law.

Review Submission Disclaimer

By submitting a review via email, you agree that:

1. Anonymity: All reviews may be posted anonymously. Any personal details, including names or identifying information, will be removed before posting.
2. Privacy: Please write your review with the understanding that we will not include any personal information or identifying features in the published feedback.
3. Consent: By sending your review, you give us permission to share it publicly in a way that protects your privacy.

• Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds post accepted payment.
• Cancellation Policy: For emailed, over the phone, and ZOOM consultations, cancellations of sessions are not eligible for a refund. You may reschedule an over the phone or ZOOM paid for session prior to 24 hours of the booked session. You may cancel a session prior to payment without penalty.

Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes delays happen. However, in order to respect everyone's time, we have the following policy in place for late arrivals:

1. Grace Period: Clients are allowed a grace period of up to 15 minutes after the scheduled session start time. If you arrive within this time frame, your session will proceed as planned, but please note that the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
2. No Show or Late Arrival Beyond 15 Minutes: If you do not arrive within the 15-minute grace period, or fail to show up for your session entirely, no refund will be issued, and the session will be considered forfeited.
3. Session Forfeiture: If you miss the session or arrive after the 15-minute grace period, the slot will be considered lost, and you will not be eligible for a reschedule or refund. You may choose to forgo the session or rebook for another available time, subject to availability.

We encourage you to arrive on time to ensure a full and productive session. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• Service Overview: Sessions are conducted through email. A written summary of intuitive insights and guidance will be provided after your session.
• Session Duration: Please allow up to 72 hours for your emailed session summary to be delivered.
• Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable after payment has been made.
• Confidentiality: All information shared during the session will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

• Service Overview: These sessions offer intuitive insights and guidance over the phone. They are not substitutes for professional mental health care.
• Session Duration: Please be available for the full duration of your scheduled session.
• Rescheduling: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Sessions canceled without sufficient notice will not be rescheduled.
• Payment: Payment must be completed before the booking of a session is confirmed. Failure to provide payment will result in the cancellation of the process of booking the appointment.
• Limitation of Liability: No guarantees regarding outcomes are made. You assume full responsibility for your actions based on the insights provided.

• Service Overview: In-person intuitive guidance sessions are offered in a physical location. These sessions provide insights and support for personal growth, emotional well-being, spiritual development, and energy healing. As with all services, these are not substitutes for professional medical or psychological care.
• Booking Confirmation: Please allow up to 72 hours for confirmation of your in-person session booking. If you do not receive a confirmation within this time frame, your session will not be scheduled.
• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Once payment is received and accepted, the session is considered confirmed. Please note that in-person sessions are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
• Cancellation or Rescheduling: To reschedule or cancel your in-person session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will not be rescheduled, and payment will not be refunded.
• Liability: No guarantees are made regarding the outcomes of your session. You are responsible for any actions you take based on the insights provided.

• Service Overview: Intuitive guidance sessions are offered via Zoom. These sessions provide insights and support for personal growth, emotional well-being, spiritual development, and energy healing. As with all services, these are not substitutes for professional medical or psychological care.
• Booking Confirmation: Please allow up to 72 hours for confirmation of your session booking. If you do not receive a confirmation within this time frame, your session will not be scheduled.
• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Once payment is received and accepted, the session is considered confirmed. Please note that theses sessions are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
• Cancellation or Rescheduling: To reschedule or cancel your Zoom call session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will not be rescheduled, and payment will not be refunded.
